PROGRAM
OFFERS FREE COLLECTION AND SHIPPING
The National Mercury Switch Recovery Program is
operated by End of Live Vehicle Solutions (ELVS). While the
program currently does not offer and reimbursement for
switches removed from vehicles, the cost for shipping
switches is still FREE.
ENROLL IN THE NATIONAL

To enroll
in the Mercury Switch Recovery Program, you can complete the
online registration form located at

PENN-DOT INFORMATION |

PENNDOT UPDATES MV-6 FORM - PennDOT has updated the MV-6
form. You are now required to put your business ID number on the
form. A copy of the revised form is available online from
PennDOT at
http://www.dot3.state.pa.us/pdotforms/mv_forms/mv-6.pdf.
Please contact the PARTS office if you have any problems
accessing this form.

MV-4RP for Salvors - The MV-4RP form was created at the request of PARTS to simplify the process for accepting a salvage vehicle which has a faulty, lost or destroyed title when the vehicle is located on the property of its owner. A non-repairable certificate will be issued.
Reminders When Using the MV-4RP Form

Only a salvor can complete this form.

The owner of record for the abandoned vehicle must sign the
form.

Please make sure all the required information is provided and is
double-checked..

use in their local papers. These professionally designed ads
warn consumers about illegal haulers and promote using
legitimate auto recyclers. Space is included in the ads for your
company name and contact information. If you have any difficulty
downloading the ads, contact the PARTS office and we will send
them to you by U.S. mail.
